Hey, my name is Stephanie Brand  I’m a Licensed AEsthetician, Beauty Growth Strategist, Speaker, and Founder of The Skin Jeanie Inc.

I’ve been exactly where you are  leading a business that looks successful on the outside, but still feeling the pressure of scaling, managing a team, and trying to build something sustainable without burning out.
